KayB Gasei and TheSleepyWolf

Mister Gasei meets TheSleepyWolf

This is just a pen sketch I did representing myself and another artist I know, who shall be known as TheSleepyWolf... There's no particular story behind it, his character of himself usually wears a wolf outfit which I thought I'd draw myself wearing also, but a bit more rugged looking...

The Second Coming...

The Messiah Is Back On The Loose!
This illustration, 'The Second Coming' is the depiction of Jesus Christ (yes that old guy with the beard is him) breaking out of the Sacré-Cœur for his return after 2,000 years! Also holding the symbol of the church which is the Sacred Heart of Jesus and squeezing it till it's bleeding... In the image you see the destruction of Paris by Jesus' own hands lol, and he is some sort of giant as you can see... The three men behind him are 3 out of 4 of the Four Horsemen Of The Apocalypse; Conquest (right), War (center) and Death (left) who are said to appear in the End of Days. The actual appearances are that of characters from my comic whose code names are that of the Horsemen; Justus Agony (right), Alek Sedova (center) and Lupe DeMorte (left)... This illustration was one of those inking straight away types and so far has taken me about 7 hrs...
[UNFINISHED]

Clip'd Wings...

Yeah, I definitely don't have much to say about this one... Actually! The main dude in the center is one of the characters from my comic, Lupe DeMorte, I wanted to draw him but then thought fuck it but started already so thought, let me not finish him make him a corpse-ish being, so then started drawing muscle and added a single wing... The rest of the images random shit, there a flower at the bottom which if you look close enough has a vagina in it, obviously meaning that Pussy is a Flower ;),  but if you look closer again the flower in particular is a Venus Flytrap... This page took a few hours, wanna know anything else ask me lol...

Malice, Heart and the Pilot V5...

The first part the name of this, Malice, comes from tripod looking symbol which is a hate symbol, I don't know what type of hate it represents but I needed a symbol to use (I'll find out what it means soon enough), not only that symbol but Pedlar the Butcher who is the same Pedlar from an earlier work I did called Pedlar's Workshop with the heads of his associates above him... The Heart part comes from the heart mechanism at the top of the image which is also from an earlier work although it's been altered considerably and the last Pilot V5, is the model name of the pen I used to draw the image lol...  This page took about 2 hrs I think.. maybe...

Abra.. Cadabra.. Ah F*@k It!

I Love Old Skool
This is just a page full of random bullocks, hope you like it... I liked drawing it...

Ghast Cherubs; Zeus, Poseidon & Hades featuring...

Zeus, Poseidon & Hades = Din, Farore & Nayru = Athos, Porthos & Aramis...

These cherubs, which I've been drawing ever a since an editorial brief I got in October 2010, they were initially meant to be cherubs who's wings were clipped for a newspaper heading 'Flying Babies Grounded', but I seem to draw them a lot and for no particular reason lol... In this illustration was done by pencil then inked, I gave them new purpose, usually they're named after the 3 musketeers; Athos, Porthos and Aramis. But in this instance they take the characters of the 'Big Three'; Zeus (center), Poseidon (right) and Hades (left), in which I also gave them the slight resemblances of the gods. Not ending there somewhere on each them I also engraved additional names; Din (center), Nayru (right) and Farore (left), which are the names of the three deities from a very famous and favorite game of mine. Din reprensented Power, Nayru represented Wisdom and Farore represented Courage, which now that I think about, Poseidon/Porthos should've had Courage instead of Wisdom and Hades/Aramis should've have Wisdom instead of Courage, but oh well, t'is life, nothing can be done now lol... There of the stuff in the background isnt of any significance, I just wanted to fill the page... The whole took me maybe 4 hours to do...

Half a Hotel and Floating Church Top!

These were some buildings I took pictures of in Paris, the one on the left was the top of the hotel we stayed at on Magenta Boulevard, and the one on the right was a church we walked past on the way to the Louvre, I don't know what it's called but it was beautiful and knew I wanted to draw it at some point when I saw it. I tried to look for the name on the internet but I weren't goin' to sweat over it, it'll come to me some how lol... They each took me at least 2 hrs if I remember correctly, using dip-pens again straight away without sketching...

Porte Saint-Denis

Porte Saint-Denis is monument in Paris, one of twelves that circumvent the inner city or somethin', I took pictures of while in Paris and liked it enough to draw it, I used a dip-pen straight away, no pencil sketching... Not much to say, I just really liked the architecture of the real model which is like 30 feet high, amazing design by Francois Blondel and sculpted by Michel Anguier...
The main drawing took me 1 hr 30 mins to 2 hrs; the smaller about 45 mins...

Under CONSTRUCTION!

This pencil sketch is another one of the Gasei journey type drawings, just quick expression of how I was feelin' at the time, and what was in my head... It's basically me as my character, world on my back (upgraded swagger ;) - wearin' shorts and a wavey hat), with my artificial right arm which is holding my heart (named; Orcus) in a container about to put it in a freezer, cave in antarctica or somethin'... Also this time the laptop is not connected to my brain but on the surface beside me with what you can see as a moon on the screen, representing Sleep Mode... Erm, the two hands reaching for at the top of the image, one white one black, are the hands of Death which is captioned there... Erm, there's a woman burning in a love heart, her own heart meaning she burn by her own agendas.. maybe, but she's no one in particular anyway... Theres not to much here but it served its purpose when I drew which was outlet of emotion and stuff...

Je suis Gaspard De Coligny!

Gaspard De Coligny, 1517 - 1572 2010!
This illustration something I drew from a photo I took while in Paris for a college trip, the dude in the image is Gaspard De Coligny who was a religious nut or somethin' can't remember, only God knows who his entourage is at his feet but I drew them in anyway. This is another one of my pen-straight-away drawings, I think it took me 2 hrs... In the speech bubbles - to those who can't speak French - they're asking him who he is and he explains more and less, then he also asks where he was and why he's on a magic carpet. In the image I drew him wearing trainers, don't really know why, but because of the modern twist I gave him, I drew the extras with some modern items, the woman on the bottom holding a dildo and the sob on the bottom right holding 'Now!' magazine. Also the monkey Abu, who is from Aladdin is significant because of the flying carpet, which again, I don't know why I drew, but anyhow.. Moving on... In the note on the right of the picture is my explanation of why I drew this statue in particular which I can't be bothered to state at this time... Hope you like it!
